Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document ServiceNow ITSM & SecOps requirements.
- Process Analysis: Assess workflows across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Security Incident Response.
- Documentation: Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Testing Support: Assist in UAT and validate solutions against requirements.
- Security Operations: Support Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance modules.
- Change Management: Drive adoption of new ServiceNow features across IT and Security teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years on ServiceNow projects.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and Security Operations (SecOps).
- Experience writing functional documentation and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- Pay: ₹418,825.23 - ₹1,533,973.73 per year.
