Position: Service Technician Location: St Albans Job Type: Full Time
What you’ll do
As a Trek Service Technician, each day brings something new and hands‐on. Your work centres around caring for bikes so their owners can enjoy every ride with confidence. We’re looking for a teammate who brings warmth, great communication, and a genuine desire to learn. If you love helping others, enjoy practical problem‐solving, and want to grow your technical skills in a supportive environment, this could be a wonderful fit.
What you’ll bring to the team
• A positive, self‐motivated approach and a willingness to support your teammates • A warm, friendly manner with strong listening skills and a desire to help—even on busy days • Clear and confident communication • Excellent attention to detail and a love for hands‐on problem solving • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about bicycle servicing • A commitment to developing your skills and staying up to date with new technologies
