Service Tech

This is a high-travel position , so it is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the road and who has no travel restrictions. You can expect overnight, out-of-town travel approximately three weeks out of four , typically Monday through Thursday nights.

As a Service Technician, you will travel to commercial customer locations such as Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General, and other facilities throughout your assigned region.

Your work will include:

Following an assigned service route and completing scheduled customer visits.

Performing HVAC filter service and preventive maintenance.

Removing and replacing filters, cleaning housings, inspecting equipment, and checking airflow and filter fit.

Working on commercial HVAC systems, including equipment located on rooftops.

Loading, unloading, and organizing filters, tools, and supplies.

Using a smartphone and mobile applications to document completed work.

Providing service coverage throughout your assigned region.

You do not need HVAC experience. Candidates with backgrounds in the following areas often have skills that transfer well to this position:

Route delivery or route service

Pest control

Cable or internet installation

Roofing

Construction

Landscaping

Facility maintenance

Field service

Warehouse or other physical work

Commercial or industrial maintenance

This is an active, field-based position performed at commercial, industrial, retail, and school customer locations. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve heat, cold, dust, noise, ladders, rooftops, and other maintenance-related conditions.

The position requires frequent standing, walking, driving, bending, reaching, and handling tools, as well as occasional climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and use required PPE.This is a full-time route position with early morning starts, significant overnight travel, and overtime based on business needs.
