About the role

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Support Associate to help healthcare providers successfully adopt and integrate QbCheck into their ADHD assessment pathways.

In this role, you'll work closely with NHS and private healthcare customers during the critical period following implementation, helping them establish effective processes, build confidence with the platform, and maximise the value of their investment. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll support customers in developing scalable workflows, increasing utilisation, and embedding QbCheck into their daily operations.

This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role where you'll work alongside Account Managers, Account Directors, and Clinical Advisors. It's an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and developing expertise in healthcare technology. This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for newly implemented customers during the activation phase.

Deliver onboarding sessions, activation meetings, training workshops, and adoption reviews.

Create tailored activation plans that support customers in achieving rapid and sustainable adoption.

Develop expertise in QbCheck workflows, assignments, templates, reminders, and administrative best practices.

Support customers in configuring and optimising workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Train customer administrators and operational teams on effective use of the platform.

Help customers identify and overcome barriers to adoption and utilisation.

Share best practices and examples of successful implementations across healthcare organisations.

Support large-scale deployment activities, including assignment setup, communications, and workflow coordination where required.

Create and maintain activation resources, guides, and playbooks.

Partner closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, and Clinical Advisors to support customer success objectives.

Monitor customer engagement and utilisation, escalating risks and opportunities where appropriate.

Deliver customer support both remotely and through occasional on-site visits.

Who Are You?

You're a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working directly with customers and helping them achieve success. You are naturally curious, eager to learn new technologies, and confident building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and enjoy finding practical solutions to challenges. You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable delivering training sessions, facilitating workshops, and presenting information both virtually and in person.

Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering a great customer experience and are excited by the opportunity to support healthcare organisations that make a real difference to patients.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has...

Essential

6-12 months or more of professional experience gained through an internship, placement year, graduate programme, customer-facing role, or similar experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomes.

Confidence learning new technologies, systems, and processes.

Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

A customer-focused approach with a passion for helping customers succeed.

Ability to deliver training, presentations, or workshops to a variety of audiences.

Understanding of confidentiality, data privacy, and information governance principles.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience in customer success, customer support, healthcare administration, commercial support, or another customer-facing role.

Experience working with healthcare organisations, particularly within the NHS.

Experience supporting software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional looking to develop a career in customer success, healthcare technology, and digital health while making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery. Salary
