We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on
Service Supervisor
to lead our service operations at our Dammam branch.
This role suits a technically strong leader with proven experience managing service teams while actively contributing to the field and workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔹Lead and supervise the service team handling:
- Field breakdown repairs
- Workshop maintenance and machine overhauls
- 🔹Actively support the team by performing repairs both on-site and in the workshop when required
- 🔹Ensure accurate and timely preparation of:
- Service reports
• Equipment Breakdown Reports (EBRs)
- 🔹Manage and oversee:
- PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) & PHI processes
- Spare parts and Suppliers coordination
- Work tools and equipment readiness
- 🔹Handle and monitor the
Preventive Maintenance System (PMS)
- for the fleet to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- 🔹Drive service business performance by achieving assigned
- service revenue targets
- , including:
- Generating revenue through service contracts
- Applying misuse/damage charges where applicable
- 🔹Coordinate effectively with internal teams, HDC, and clients to ensure seamless service operations
- 🔹Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
- 🔹Report directly to the
Requirements
- 🔹Proven experience in leading service/maintenance teams
- 🔹Strong hands-on technical capability (mechanical & electrical)
- 🔹Solid experience working with a range of equipment, including:
- Diesel generators
- MEWPs (Manlift, spiders and Scissor lifts)
- Forklifts
- Tower lights
- Skid loaders
- Rollers
- Familiarity with major brands and models such as Perkins engines, JLG, Haulotte, Cummins, etc.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
