Role overview
Develop pump systems service sales, including AMC and retrofit business, across the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities through customer visits, market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Survey sites and assess pump systems for maintenance, repair, replacement, and retrofit opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and AMC contracts.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, end users, and other stakeholders.
- Develop customer-specific service solutions and coordinate with service and technical teams on proposals and contract delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements; achieve sales targets and contribute to profitability.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Previous experience in service sales, AMC sales, retrofit sales, or pump systems after-sales services.
- UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving licence.
