Service Operator

GSF USA is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our commercial cleaning team as Service Operators. Our team members play an important role in creating clean, safe, and healthy environments for the people who work in and visit the facilities we service.

Clean and maintain commercial facilities according to GSF and customer standards

Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect assigned areas

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces

Empty trash and replace liners

Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, fixtures, doors, glass, and other assigned areas

Follow site-specific cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists

Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Report maintenance concerns, supply needs, or other issues to your supervisor

Work respectfully around customers, employees, and other members of the facility

Take ownership of your work and make sure assigned areas are completed to the expected standard

Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality service

Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. GSF provides initial and ongoing training covering cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, safety, restroom cleaning, floor care, and other areas of professional commercial cleaning.
