We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Service Marketing Executive
with experience in the
automotive service industry
.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting workshop services, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue through effective marketing and business development strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (

- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into service jobs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth job execution.
- Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automobile Engineering
- Minimum
- 5-10 years of experience
- in automotive service / aftersales marketing (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and workshop processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
