Signtrade is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer – Large Format Printing Machines to handle the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of wide-format and large-format printing equipment.

The successful candidate will conduct on-site service visits, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and ensure machines operate efficiently.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, independent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Product-specific training will be provided to support your technical development and expand your knowledge of the equipment we service.

◉ Install, commission, repair, and maintain large format and wide format printing machines.

◉ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and technical issues.

◉ Perform on-site service visits and respond to customer service requests.

◉ Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.

◉ Identify faults, determine appropriate solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.

◉ Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine operation and maintenance.

◉ Maintain professional relationships with customers, including printing companies, signage manufacturers, and commercial printing businesses.

◉ Prepare service reports and document maintenance activities, repairs, and technical issues.

◉ Coordinate with the internal technical team to resolve complex service problems.

◉ Travel within the UAE and other Middle East and GCC markets when required for service assignments.

◉ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in servicing large format printing machines is mandatory.

◉ Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of large format or wide format printing equipment.

◉ Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

◉ Excellent troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and problem-solving skills.

◉ An associate degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred.

Equivalent relevant experience or training may also be considered.

◉ A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

◉ Own conveyance is required for attending customer sites and service assignments.

◉ Willingness to travel within the Middle East and GCC for technical service calls.

◉ Good communication and customer service skills.

◉ Ability to work independently, manage service assignments, and meet deadlines.

◉ Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies.
