Role Description
:This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Dubai.
The Service Engineer will perform routine and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC, MEP, and related building systems at client locations.
Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing field service visits, and documenting service reports in a clear and timely manner.
The role involves providing technical support to clients, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The Service Engineer will also assist in commissioning, system upgrades, and recommending preventive maintenance measures to improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- Diploma / degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues in building systems.
- Hands-on field service experience, including on-site inspections, commissioning, and client-facing service visits.
- Proficiency in technical support, including interpreting technical documentation and providing clear guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Proven maintenance and repair capabilities for MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and related electromechanical equipment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams, with clear written service reporting.
- Familiarity with safety standards, tools, and best practices for on-site technical work in building services.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple service calls, and prioritize tasks under time constraints.
- Valid UAE driving license and prior field experience in Dubai or the GCC region are preferred.
