Overview
- Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.
- Maintain accurate project records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues.
- Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts.
- Ensure uninterrupted system operation.
- Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed.
- Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements,
- Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
- Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.
- Material coordination.
- Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.
- System expertise: BMS, LCS, GRMS
