  • We are seeking a **strategic and hands-on leader** to oversee the delivery of **exceptional lifestyle services** for our **high-net-worth Arabic clientele**.
  • This role is ideal for a **passionate service expert** with a strong background in **luxury hospitality, travel, and concierge services**.
  • **What You’ll Do*** **Lead and develop** a high-performing team to deliver premium lifestyle experiences to Arabic **HNW members**.
  • **Ensure service excellence**, proactively enhancing efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction.
  • **Collaborate across global teams**, aligning service delivery with business objectives and industry trends.
  • **Resolve high-level escalations**, ensuring swift, tailored solutions for our discerning clientele.
  • **Drive continuous improvement**, refining processes to exceed member expectations.

What We’re Looking For
