Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Service Delivery Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.
The Service Delivery Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and processes run efficiently.
The role includes monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving service-related issues in a timely manner.
The person in this role will work closely with customers or client teams to understand their expectations, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements in service quality.
Responsibilities also include documenting procedures, reporting on service performance, and contributing to best practices that support consistent, reliable delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end service operations and meeting service level agreements.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices, including managing feedback, handling escalations, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (such as ITIL) to support structured, repeatable service processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Prior experience in a service-focused or client-facing role, preferably within technology, operations, or professional services.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
