Responsibilities
- Oversee service delivery processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead service improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and service escalations.
- Analyze performance reports, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage service risks, resource allocation, and operational priorities.
- Provide regular updates on service performance and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in service delivery, operations, client services, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, service standards, and performance reports.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business communication tools and reporting systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
