Service Delivery Coordinator

Due to recent internal moves CBS has the opportunity for a Coordinator within our Aged Care Services team to join our team.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday, and involves some reasonable additional hours including intra-state travel and participation in the after-hours roster.

The Coordinator - Aged Care Services will work within a team environment to provide quality person-centred support to a caseload of Aged Care clients. In addition, the Coordinator will utilise their prior leadership experience to effectively supervise the Support Workers within their regional teams.

Excellent conflict resolution skills and able to resolve issues in a timely manner;

Aligned with and committed to the objectives of the organisation;

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; and

Demonstrated experience in monitoring budgets, costings and funding.

Experience working within the Aged Care sector is not essential however, you will need aptitude for self-directed learning, the ability to think on your feet and quickly become proficient in relevant operational manuals and resources.
