Service Delivery Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Monitor service requests, track progress, update internal systems, and prepare reports for project and account managers.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Support continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
• Collect feedback and support scheduling, resource allocation, procedures, and documentation.

• Strong service delivery and customer service skills, with experience coordinating services or operations in a client-focused environment.
• Customer satisfaction skills, including gathering feedback, managing expectations, and supporting long-term client relationships.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools are preferred.
• Prior experience in professional services, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
