A **Service Crew / Fast Food Crew** member works in restaurants, cafés, or fast-food chains and is responsible for delivering quick, efficient, and friendly service to customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders accurately
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cash, card payments, and operate the POS (cash register system)
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters
- Refill supplies and ensure food items are properly stocked
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Assist team members during busy hours to ensure fast service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests politely
Skills And Qualities Needed
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina (standing for long hours, multitasking)
