Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Consultant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and explain company services professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Attend assigned leads and convert them into successful business deals
- Assist clients with company formation and related service processes
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and service updates
- Maintain customer records and prepare reports when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client interactions professionally
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- Knowledge of service-sector operations in Qatar is an advantage
