Role overview
Seeking an experienced Service Captain to manage restaurant floor operations and deliver excellent guest service.
Location: Dubai Media City. Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise waiters and restaurant service staff; handle guest complaints professionally.
- Ensure prompt service and proper table management, coordinating with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
- Increase sales through upselling and guest engagement.
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and service standards.
- Supervise buffet service and daily opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of restaurant service experience.
- UAE restaurant experience is preferred.
- Good English communication and leadership skills.
- Multi-cuisine restaurant experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–6,000 per month; the posting also describes the salary as negotiable based on experience.
