- Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 15+ years, OR PhD with 5+ years
- Digital Transformation, Service Automation, BPM, and Enterprise Architecture experience
- Experience with RPA and workflow automation platforms
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, cloud platforms, APIs, and system integration
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and change management capabilities
