Service and AMC coordination
- Receive service and AMC calls from UAE and outside UAE through phone, email, WhatsApp, or oral communication; create ERP service orders.
- Report incoming calls to the Service Manager and Technical Service Manager and coordinate technician scheduling.
- Keep ERP service order statuses current, including unscheduled, planned, in process, quoted, and completed.
- Share technician schedules and documentation, inform customers of arrival times, and record technician updates.
- Prepare service, parts, and inspection quotations; process outside-UAE service and AMC invoices.
- Manage warranty claims and communications with manufacturers; enter signed AMC contracts and update ERP records.
Reporting and coordination
- Generate monthly reports on AMC contracts due to expire within the next three months and assist with departmental petty cash expenses.
- Ensure technicians have current technical literature, bulletins, and manuals, and provide technical support as needed.
- Conduct monthly operational performance reviews with the department manager using ERP data.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with accounts receivable and parts logistics to review credit-alert orders awaiting invoicing and obtain approvals.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
