Service Advisor

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion

Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach

Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling

Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion

Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations

Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach

Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue

Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records

Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment

Strong sales mentality with the ability to recommend and close additional services

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

Solid computer skills and ability to navigate service systems

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with technicians and leadership

Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred

Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus

Automotive or service industry background preferred

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed

Valid driver’s license required
