Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact for customers, greeting them, understanding their vehicle concerns, and accurately documenting service requests.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing repair orders, explaining recommended services and costs, coordinating with technicians, and providing timely updates on repair status.

The role involves reviewing completed work with customers, answering questions, and ensuring all services meet quality and safety standards.

The Service Advisor also supports aftersales activities, follows up to confirm customer satisfaction, manages appointments, and helps maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer-focused Service, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Clear and professional Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Experience or familiarity with Aftersales processes, including follow-ups, feedback handling, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Previous experience in an automotive service center or dealership environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems and common repair/maintenance services.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort using service management software, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
  • High school diploma required; technical or automotive-related training or certifications are a plus.
