Service Advisor – Aftersales

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage end-to-end service interactions, from vehicle intake to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and conduct vehicle inspections
  • Create accurate job cards and record customer concerns
  • Coordinate with workshop and parts teams for timely repairs
  • Provide repair updates and cost estimates to customers
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure resolution
  • Promote additional services and maintenance packages

Performance Metrics

  • High customer satisfaction (≥90%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma
