Service Advisor – Aftersales
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to manage end-to-end service interactions, from vehicle intake to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and conduct vehicle inspections
- Create accurate job cards and record customer concerns
- Coordinate with workshop and parts teams for timely repairs
- Provide repair updates and cost estimates to customers
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure resolution
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages
Performance Metrics
- High customer satisfaction (≥90%)
- Accurate job documentation (≥98%)
- Strong upselling and service conversion performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Basic automotive knowledge and computer proficiency
- Valid driving license
