Service Advisor – Automotive Aftersales \| Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and conduct vehicle inspections.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate repairs with the workshop and parts departments.
- Provide customers with repair estimates and regular updates on repair progress.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient vehicle delivery.
- Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and value-added products.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain exceptional service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years of mandatory experience in Qatar.
- Previous experience with a luxury automotive dealership in Qatar will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and computer proficiency.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is Preferred.
