Service Advisor – Automotive

About This Role

The Gearbox Auto Services in Al Quoz is looking for a Service Advisor with an Automobile Engineering background and strong technical knowledge of vehicles.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers while coordinating with the workshop team.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
• Good technical knowledge of cars
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and explain repair processes
• Experience in automotive service advisory is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles and understand customer concerns
• Explain repair and service requirements to customers
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
• Prepare job cards and service estimates
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
