Service Advisor
Role Overview
To provide professional customer service, understand and address vehicle servicing needs, coordinate repairs with the workshop team, achieve labor and parts sales targets, and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.

Key Responsibilities
- Create pre-orders and job cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring accurate customer details and descriptions of vehicle concerns.
- Record relevant notes, comments, existing vehicle damage, and missing items during vehicle reception.
- Obtain customer signatures on job cards and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with the Foreman to determine the work required and prepare accurate job cards.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and provide regular follow-up calls.
- Maintain and regularly update Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports.
- Assist other Service Advisors whenever required.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to determine whether repairs may be covered under warranty or charged to the customer.
- Obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs and maintain supporting documentation.
- Review customer service history to identify previous repairs or recurring vehicle concerns.
- Advise customers on required vehicle servicing, maintenance needs, and overall vehicle performance.
- Use knowledge of MG vehicles and their technical features to provide accurate service recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative to resolve customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support the achievement of labour and parts sales targets.
- Complete assigned online training and stay updated on MG products and service procedures.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain company assets and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
- Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automotive aftersales or a similar Service Advisor role.
- Experience in customer handling, workshop coordination, job card management, and service follow-ups is preferred.
- Previous experience with MG vehicles is an advantage.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma.
- Languages
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Certification & License
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
