Overview
Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in the warehouse automation sector?
We are looking for a Service Account Manager to join our UAE team and take our Customer Service operations to the next level across the MEA region.
Your Role
As a manager, you will manage all customer-related service activities, nurturing existing relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.
Your mission: enhance customer satisfaction and profitability through strategic account management and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers.
- Achieve annual sales targets by promoting service sales, upgrades, and system modernisations.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and oversee lifecycle planning for customer accounts.
- Monitor customer feedback and drive service improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Support regional collaboration across SE & MEA operations, including regular travel.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Science OR tradesman certificate in mechanical/electrical discipline.
- Proven experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage multiple priorities.
