Guest Service Experts will be on their feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

Managing the menu requires reading and visually verifying information.

Taking a hands-on approach to work includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.

The role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
