Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests.
- Assist servers in expediting guests' meal and drink orders.
- Provide a positive atmosphere.
- Attends to guests' needs and requests.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently recognize and resolve issues and concerns.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Smart Choices Certified.
- Reliable and flexible team member available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required.
