Job Summary
The **Server Assistant / Busser** supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
This role assists servers with guest service, clears and resets tables efficiently, supports food running and expo operations when needed, and helps ensure smooth restaurant service during all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset dining tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers with guest needs throughout service
- Refill water, beverages, condiments, and service stations
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service areas, and restrooms
- Support food runners and expo during busy periods
- Deliver food to tables accurately when required
- Remove trash and transport dirty dishes to dishwashing area
- Polish utensils, glassware, and prepare dining supplies
- Follow restaurant sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards
- Help maintain a positive guest experience through teamwork and professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up things
- Prolonged standing and walking during shifts
- Ability to bend, reach, and carry trays or bus tubs safely
- Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
