Role overview

SEO responsibilities

• Research competitors and keywords separately for each market; compare rankings and keyword opportunities against actual Search Console data.
• Resolve cannibalization, assign search terms and intent to category and product pages, and decide what content to revise, remove, or create.
• Commission, direct, and sign off on locally written copy in each market's language.
• Improve internal linking, four-market hreflang, indexation, and Product and Offer schema covering price and availability.
• Record changes and ranking positions before implementation and at 7, 14, and 28 days.
• Direct two SEO specialists and own execution rather than only supervising.

Required experience and work arrangement

• Provide at least one verifiable ranking: a URL, keyword, position, and measurement month.
• Demonstrate genuine multi-market or multilingual SEO research conducted separately per market, not simply translated from English.
• Use Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog daily.
• Have e-commerce experience with a deep product catalogue; local SEO for clinics, salons, or real-estate offices is not the relevant background.
• Full-time, five days each week, onsite at 48 Burj Gate, Business Bay, Dubai; no remote, hybrid, or part-time arrangement.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.

Bonus experience

• Python, Search Console or Ahrefs APIs, Screaming Frog automation, and personal scripts are beneficial.
• Native or near-native German, French, or Spanish is beneficial.
• Experience in crypto, mining, IT hardware, data centres, or another high-basket technical niche is beneficial.
• Experience managing a site migration without losing rankings is beneficial.

Selection process

• Shortlisted candidates complete a paid trial task on a real site page before the final interview; the task takes about half a day.
