About This Role
Reach Home Properties is looking for a performance-driven SEO Manager and Paid Ads Specialist to strengthen our online presence and generate high-quality property leads. This role focuses on driving organic growth and managing targeted advertising campaigns across search and social platforms within the competitive UAE real estate market.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Management
- Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to real estate listings and property keywords
- Optimize website structure, landing pages, and property listings for search engines
- Conduct keyword research focused on UAE property buyers, investors, and renters
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Build backlinks and improve domain authority within the real estate sector
Paid Advertising (Google & Meta)
- Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Generate qualified leads for property sales and rentals
- Optimize campaigns for conversions (form submissions, calls, WhatsApp inquiries)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and geographic targeting within UAE markets
- Execute retargeting campaigns for website visitors and property viewers
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO and PPC, preferably in real estate or lead generation
- Strong understanding of UAE property market trends is a plus
- Experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns with measurable ROI
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
