Overview

We are looking for a **performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist** with strong expertise in **SEO and Google Ads** to join our growing team in Dubai.

If you understand how to generate **real leads, not just traffic**, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: SEO

  • Perform keyword research and build SEO strategy
  • Optimize website structure, content, and technical SEO
  • Manage on-page & off-page SEO (backlinks, content, internal linking)
  • Improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
  • Work with tools like **SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console**

Google Ads

  • Create and manage campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Optimize for **CPL, CPA, ROAS**
  • Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
  • Manage budgets and scaling strategies
  • Set up and monitor **conversion tracking (GA4, GTM)**

Requirements

  • Minimum **2–4 years experience** in SEO + Google Ads
  • Proven results (**ranking keywords + generating leads/sales**)
  • Strong understanding of **technical SEO + performance marketing**
  • Experience in **UAE/GCC market preferred**
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
