The Audience AI team works across the UK and US to increase brand visibility across LLMs and other AI platforms and help commercial partners improve AI search visibility through Future Optic.
The team works with editorial, audience development, client success and commercial teams on campaign delivery, benchmarking, reporting and effectiveness measurement.

The SEO & GEO Account Manager is the strategic day-to-day lead for a portfolio of GEO campaigns and reports to the SEO & GEO Innovation Manager.
The client-facing specialist role combines SEO expertise, commercial awareness and strategic communication, with a focus on traditional and AI-powered search.
What you'll do
- Manage client relationships, meetings, performance reviews and campaign objectives; advise clients and translate SEO and GEO concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Analyse performance and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.
- Work with optimisation specialists to identify and implement recommendations and explain how authoritative content appears in AI search.
- Monitor search and generative AI developments, share insights and contribute to GEO best practices.
- Support commercial pitches, proposals and prospective-client analysis, and help communicate campaign approaches and expected outcomes.
Minimum requirements
- At least three years' experience in an SEO-focused role.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation and search performance measurement.
