Senior Workshop Supervisor

About This Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workshop Supervisor to lead operations in a premium multibrand service center specializing in luxury and high-end vehicles. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a deep understanding of workshop operations and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring high technical standards and performance
• Manage job allocation, workflow planning, and turnaround times
• Handle complex diagnostics and technical troubleshooting for luxury vehicles
• Ensure strict quality control and final inspection before vehicle delivery
• Coordinate closely with Service Advisors for customer updates, approvals, and escalations
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through service excellence
• Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, and operational costs of the workshop
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, processes, and best practices
• Support management in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a premium/luxury multibrand workshop
• Proven experience in a supervisory/lead role
• Strong technical expertise in brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.
• Ability to manage both technical operations and team leadership
• Experience in handling diagnostics, complex repairs, and workshop KPIs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
