GREJ101 Digital Learning Solutions Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant to lead organizational development, workforce modernization, and digital learning-driven transformation initiatives.
This role focuses on redesigning workforce capabilities, improving employee performance systems, and implementing digital learning, reskilling, and upskilling strategies aligned with future-of-work requirements.

What You'Ll Do
- Lead workforce transformation and organizational development consulting projects
- Design future-ready workforce models and capability frameworks
- Develop digital learning, upskilling, and reskilling strategies for enterprise clients
- Conduct workforce diagnostics, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments
- Implement HR transformation initiatives including talent development and performance systems
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align workforce strategy with business goals
- Design employee experience and engagement improvement programs
- Support change management and organizational restructuring initiatives
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to drive strategic decisions
- Develop training roadmaps and digital learning ecosystem strategies
Requirements
- Experience in HR consulting, workforce transformation, or organizational development roles
- Strong understanding of talent management, learning & development, and HR strategy
- Experience designing workforce planning and capability frameworks
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and HR technology systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
- Experience managing enterprise-level transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in GCC HR consulting environments is an advantage
