Job Summary

GREJ101 Digital Learning Solutions Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant to lead organizational development, workforce modernization, and digital learning-driven transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on redesigning workforce capabilities, improving employee performance systems, and implementing digital learning, reskilling, and upskilling strategies aligned with future-of-work requirements.

If you are an experienced HR transformation or organizational development consultant, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s digital learning and workforce innovation sector.

What You'Ll Do

  • Lead workforce transformation and organizational development consulting projects
  • Design future-ready workforce models and capability frameworks
  • Develop digital learning, upskilling, and reskilling strategies for enterprise clients
  • Conduct workforce diagnostics, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments
  • Implement HR transformation initiatives including talent development and performance systems
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align workforce strategy with business goals
  • Design employee experience and engagement improvement programs
  • Support change management and organizational restructuring initiatives
  • Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to drive strategic decisions
  • Develop training roadmaps and digital learning ecosystem strategies

Requirements

  • Experience in HR consulting, workforce transformation, or organizational development roles
  • Strong understanding of talent management, learning & development, and HR strategy
  • Experience designing workforce planning and capability frameworks
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms and HR technology systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
  • Experience managing enterprise-level transformation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in GCC HR consulting environments is an advantage
