About the role

Key responsibilities

• Use workforce data and system insight to simplify HR processes, strengthen controls, and improve employee and manager experience.
• Investigate Oracle HCM business processes, data structures, security, and reporting from source transaction through analytical output.
• Support FDI refresh monitoring, reporting security, dashboard governance, release assessments, issue investigation, and controlled changes.
• Design dashboards, reports, and analytical products across Oracle FDI, HCM, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend actions to leadership; support reporting across global regions, entities, and business units.
• Investigate data anomalies, coordinate corrective action, and verify resolution; partner with stakeholders to improve insight adoption.
• Protect sensitive workforce data according to applicable privacy, security, access-control, and retention requirements.

About you

• Significant experience in workforce analytics, HR systems, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Hands-on workforce reporting and governance experience with Oracle HCM and Oracle FDI, or a comparable enterprise HR analytics platform.
• Experience owning dashboards or analytical products across requirements, design, validation, release, adoption, maintenance, and retirement.
• Strong data-quality investigation experience across source systems, reporting layers, and business processes, including practical SQL and Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI use.
• Experience presenting complex workforce findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to connect HR transactions, system processes, data models, security, reporting layers, and analytical outputs.
