Senior Workday ERP Analyst

Role overview

Adaptive Planning

• Design, configure, and maintain planning models, workforce planning, sheets, dimensions, accounts, scenarios, allocations, dashboards, reports, and OfficeConnect outputs.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, revenue, workforce, and driver-based planning solutions.
• Maintain model integrity, mappings, assumptions, access controls, and integrations; troubleshoot loads, calculations, performance, and reporting discrepancies.

Payroll support

• Support payroll accounting, costing, accruals, settlements, and general-ledger posting; analyze requirements and resolve production issues with Payroll, Accounting, and HRIS.
• Investigate payroll calculation, deduction, earning, tax, costing, and accounting discrepancies; support integrations, validation, and reconciliation controls.
• Test payroll changes, regulatory updates, releases, and year-end activities, documenting outcomes and obtaining business signoff.

Reporting and Financials

• Design and maintain complex Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, worksheets, and reporting solutions; validate results against financial and planning data.
• Support financial close, reconciliations, audit requests, controls, and daily operations; configure business processes, validations, security, and approval routing.
• Support financial accounting, banking, supplier and customer accounts, procurement, expenses, projects, revenue recognition, fixed assets, integrations, and data loads using EIBs.

Role requirements

• Strong accounting knowledge and deep Workday expertise.
• Understand effects of payroll, planning, reporting, security, integrations, and the Workday Financials data model on the general ledger and downstream accounting.
