Role Purpose
Operate and monitor the Winder Machine to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production according to production requirements and machine stability conditions
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set up the Winder Machine based on production orders.
- Set knives and slitters according to required roll sizes and quality standards.
- Monitor paper quality and reject defective paper.
- Maintain required roll diameter and mark joints when necessary.
- Support machine performance and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance support when required.
- Complete production reports, logbooks, and checklists.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and participate in Lean Manufacturing & 5S activities.
- Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times.
- Support and guide junior operators when needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Winder/Rewinder operations or similar manufacturing environment.

- Troubleshooting and machine operation skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic English language skills.
