About Madinat Jumeirah
Set along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels.

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a
Senior Waiter/ess
to join the
F&B Service
team in
Jumeirah Al Naseem
- .
- The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, and explain ingredients, cooking methods, and allergy-related information.
- Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverages, and take accurate orders, including special requests.
- Manage cashiering tasks using the MICROS system, process various payment methods, and generate accurate guest bills.
- Oversee section operations, collect guest feedback, and assist with guest inquiries or calls when needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to fulfill and expedite orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, prepare service areas, follow hygiene standards, and support smooth service flow while upholding Jumeirah excellence.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
