- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns calmly and escalate when necessary
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system
- Set up and clear tables before and after each service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good memory and multitasking ability
- Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods
- Basic math skills for handling payments

Job Summary
- We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service to every guest.
