Role overview
The restaurant is hiring service-oriented waiters or waitresses for its healthy restaurant team.
The position is in Dubai and requires immediate joining.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly; take orders accurately and serve food and drinks to restaurant standards.
- Recommend menu items, answer guest questions, and provide attentive service to support guest satisfaction.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized and follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of waiter or waitress experience in a restaurant or café.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask under pressure, work as a team, and pay attention to detail.
