Experience and qualifications
- At least five years of professional videography or video-editing experience is required.
- Advanced editing skills in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro are required; either is an accepted alternative.
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is required.
- Applicants should be able to work independently from research and concept through filming and editing to publishing-ready content.
- Applicants should be comfortable personally handling filming, editing, thumbnails, research, and content analysis.
Production and strategy skills
- Use AI tools to improve editing, research, ideation, and production efficiency.
- Research keywords, search trends, competitors, and audience interests.
- Create strong hooks, titles, thumbnails, and captions.
- Understand YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video strategy.
- Use research and performance data to improve content ideas and analyze what works.
- Understand storytelling, retention, pacing, and the opening seconds of a video.
- Produce both short-form and long-form video.
Responsibilities
- Film salon transformations, educational videos, interviews, and social content professionally.
- Research content opportunities and develop hooks, titles, thumbnails, and captions.
- Analyze existing content and use findings to improve future content.
- Create professional YouTube thumbnails and publishing-ready video content.
Workplace
- The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai.
- Work location is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
