Senior Videographer

We are seeking a Senior Videographer to join our Global Brand Team in Dubai.

This individual will play a key role in producing high-quality, visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand vision and engages our audiences across various platforms.

The Senior Videographer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of video projects, from planning to post-production.

This role involves capturing, editing, and delivering visually engaging video content for digital, social media, and internal channels.

Working closely with the Creative Director, Scriptwriter, and Motion Graphics Designer, the Senior Videographer will help bring DP World’s brand stories to life, enhancing our global presence through dynamic visual storytelling.

o Lead all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound recording, and direction, ensuring high-quality footage that aligns with DP World's brand standards.

o Produce a variety of video content, including promotional videos, product demos, corporate stories, interviews, and event coverage.

o Plan and execute video shoots on-site and in studio settings, managing the creative and technical aspects of production

o Work closely with the Creative Director and Scriptwriter to understand project objectives, develop storyboards, and bring creative concepts to life.

o Direct and conduct interviews, testimonials, and narrative-driven shoots that effectively communicate DP World’s mission and values.

o Ensure that video content reflects the brand voice and is engaging, impactful, and accessible to diverse audiences.

Editing and Post-Production

o Edit footage to create cohesive, polished videos, adding music, sound effects, color grading, and graphics as needed.

o Collaborate with the Motion Graphics Designer to integrate animation, graphics, and special effects for enhanced storytelling.

o Ensure timely delivery of final video projects, optimized for quality across digital and social media platforms.

o Manage and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and other gear, ensuring all equipment is in top working condition.

o Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technology, trends, and techniques, proposing new tools or methods to enhance production quality.

o Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to without compromising quality.

o Mentor junior animator/ editor, fostering skill development and a collaborative team environment.
