Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, websites, and digital platforms
• Create platform-optimized edits for social channels
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects
• Edit event videos, brand films, highlights, teasers, and recap content
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflows (auto-captions, transitions, effects, upscaling, templates, etc.)
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Organize project files, timelines, and assets following studio workflows
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to iterate and refine edits based on feedback
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and emerging video formats

& Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, transitions, text animation)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual flow
• Experience editing social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, ads)
• Familiarity with AI tools for video editing (e.g. auto-captions, AI transitions, enhancement tools)
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a digital agency, production house, or creative studio
• Experience editing content for brands, campaigns, or events
• Knowledge of social-first creative formats and performance-driven content
• Basic sound design, color correction, and formatting for different platforms
• Experience working with templates, presets, and optimized workflows
• Familiarity with collaborative tools and asset management systems
• Experience in agency or fast-paced environments
