Overview
A leading UAE real estate developer with a $12B active pipeline requires an SVP to oversee development strategy and delivery across landmark mixed-use and hospitality assets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of flagship residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
Manage a senior development team across design, procurement, and delivery.
Oversee master planning and regulatory approvals with Dubai Municipality.
Report to the Group CEO and present to the Board on portfolio performance.
Requirements
15+ years in senior real estate development, ideally within the GCC.
Track record delivering large-scale mixed-use development at SVP level or above.
Strong relationships with UAE regulatory authorities and master developers.
International development experience highly valued.
