What You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role within the enterprise software (SaaS) or ERP ecosystem.
  • Deep functional expertise in Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, or related Tax/Treasury operations.
  • A strong understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and the principles of data integration.
  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-oriented business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven success in designing and architecting complex financial or accounting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A "seller's mentality" with a passion for strategic problem-solving and a focus on driving customer success.
  • Experience in optimizing business processes and an ability to think strategically about a customer's long-term goals.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a history of working effectively across multiple departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).

  • Salary Range:
  • $127,000.00-$159,000.00
  • Pay Transparency Statement:
  • Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.
  • In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
  • We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring candidates have clear information about compensation expectations. For roles that include variable incentive components such as an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) or On-Target Earnings (OTE), the compensation structure may follow a split model – for example, a 50/50, 70/30, or 60/40 ratio between base salary and variable incentive.
