MavorLab Creative Technologies Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior UX/UI Design Engineering Manager to lead product design strategy, user experience architecture, and UI engineering across digital platforms and applications.
This role is responsible for driving user-centered design systems, overseeing design teams, and ensuring seamless integration between design, product, and engineering functions.

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI strategy for web, mobile, and enterprise digital products
- Manage UX researchers, UI designers, and design system engineers
- Develop scalable design systems, style guides, and interaction frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers on product development
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
- Define user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and products
- Optimize user experience based on data, analytics, and feedback loops
- Oversee design-to-development handoff and UI engineering implementation
- Stay updated on emerging UX trends, tools, and design technologies
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design leadership or product design management roles
- Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience building scalable design systems and digital product frameworks
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
- Strong user research and usability testing experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in digital products, SaaS, or enterprise applications is preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI leadership and design impact
