About This Role
Overview
Nair Systems, is a DIFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation.
Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations.
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in UI & UX
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent area
- Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic organization
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process
- Knowledge of Design Systems is a plus
Techincal Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology. 50%
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence. 10%
- Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design. 10%
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping 10%
- Knowledge of Agile software development process 20%

- Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills.
- Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
- Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
- Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers
- Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
- Research, identify and articulate customer needs
